Index and CD files are present
By Roger Breedlove
Reviewers mention that index does not exist and CD files are not available for the KINDLE editions, but my Kindle edition has the index and the companion files are available as mentioned in the book description. Proof of Amazon purchase is required.

Very good product
By Tokinabo
This book is very well organized, with excellent explanations.
The 'Excel and Web Technologies' section is just great.

Printscreen samples are unfortunalty all in black and white and
that is a pitty because of the good paper quality of the book
(at the other hand, the originals can be found on the companion CD-ROM).

A magnificient piece of work for every addict of Excel VBA in depth!
